Check in/out

Thanks to the “self-check-in”, it is easy and time-saving to arrive at our hotel within 24 hours. After the booking you get an E-Mail from us where you will find the link for the Self-Check-In and other informations.

On arrival you can check in first at the reception in the JUNGFRAU HOTEL, or alternatively you can use the self-checking terminal in the ALPINE INN.

Booking- and cancellation policy

Cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time we charge you 100% of the total amount.

Extrabeds and babybeds

Free of charge for children up to 3 years 
We charge CHF 30.00 for an babybed.
CHF 45.00 for an extrabed per night and person for children between 4 and 12 years
CHF 65.00 for an extrabed per night and person for adults and children from 12 years

The rooms offer space for only 1 babybed

The rates are all including breakfast
