Ice cream Menu
Once again on offer is the special ice cream menu, from which guests can put together their own coupe using various ingredients. Cream ice creams and sorbets are waiting to be combined with fruity sauces, toppings or a «pick-me-up». On a clear order form, the guest at the table can choose their favorite flavors from many flavors of ice cream and tick the desired ingredients. A short time later, you can enjoy your own ice cream creation.
Smoker
From june 12th we offer you a special summer highlight with our smoking oven. The «Smoker» is fired up in the early afternoon on Fridays and Saturdays to allow various types of meat to stew for several hours. Every half hour these are poured over with a little beer. In the evening at least three different pieces of meat are served à discretion. There are also baked potatoes with chives and sour cream, corn on the cob and various salads.
